My built in cynicism had me imagining I’d have to keep my wits about me and beware of the ‘upsell’. "I had an unusual request for them. And instead of them just pushing me off like another State Farm agency did. Tonya was super friendly & kind to me. And she took my information down and said she would research it and get back with me. I got a text back from her a short time later and she was excited and she said I have exciting news for you! And I was so thrilled!! So I told her to run the quote for me and the price was cheaper than what I was expecting and I said Yes to the policy!!! We never now when life can change drastically for us. And it’s a hard change to accept when you have to go to motorized scooters or motorized chairs as aides to help get around. It’s awesome to know that Statefarm has coverage for these items because there expensive like vehicles.
