Our office places a strong emphasis on customer service, and we are dedicated to providing a top tier experience for our customers. As spring arrives, we are reminded of the importance of vehicle maintenance during National Car Care Month. This month-long celebration, initiated by the Car Care Council in 1980, aims to raise awareness about the significance of regular maintenance in ensuring smooth vehicle operation and road safety.

Throughout the past year, we have adapted to the changing world by re-purposing office space to accommodate staff members' children and offering additional support for schooling. We have also embraced virtual connections and learned the value of face-to-face interactions. Flexibility has become a cornerstone of our approach, as we understand and accommodate individual circumstances for both our staff and customers. Above all, we have grown in our understanding and compassion for others, recognizing the importance of these qualities in the world today.

When I'm not at work, I cherish the opportunities to enjoy the Pacific Northwest's natural beauty. Whether it's biking, playing tennis and golf, or simply spending quality time with my wife and our four children, these moments bring me immense joy. In the last four years at Ben Brown office, I have worked with each of you to maintain your policies and discounts, process changes, assist with billing and payment needs, and answer your questions. Much of the work I do is behind the scenes following up and ensuring that everything processes and issues correctly to help our State Farm customers have as positive and seamless experience possible.

Having been apart of this team before the doors even opened, I am excited to be back in the office as a licensed team member. I enjoy my interactions with our valued State Farm customers, as well as the relationships and associations within the office.
